A brief conversation to discuss what has brought you to counselling, ask questions and consider what support may fit.
The appointment takes place securely on Zoom. You may use video or keep your camera switched off and join using audio only.
Available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, subject to availability.

A reduced rate of £40 may be available for people on a reduced income, students and volunteers, subject to availability.

Choose a 50-minute session for £80 or a 90-minute session for £100. You can book either duration whenever it suits you. Couples counselling is provided by Shelley.

We understand that therapy is a financial commitment. A limited number of £40 individual counselling sessions may be available for people on a reduced income, students and volunteers. Please get in touch to ask about current availability.
Local Counselling operates a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment.
If you cancel or ask to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend, you may still be charged for the appointment. Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration.
