One-to-one support

Individual counselling for adults

A private, confidential space to talk about what is happening in your life and understand things at a pace that feels right for you.

Space to make sense of what you are carrying

Individual counselling can be helpful when you are feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed or stuck, or when you are finding it difficult to understand why you feel the way you do.

You do not need to arrive with a clear explanation or a fixed goal. You can begin with whatever feels most present, and we can explore it together without judgement.

Counselling may support you with

  • Anxiety, stress or feeling overwhelmed
  • Low mood or depression
  • Trauma and difficult past experiences
  • Relationship or family difficulties
  • Grief, loss or separation
  • Major life changes
  • Low self-esteem or self-criticism
  • Boundaries, anger or loneliness

Support shaped around you

Our counselling is informed by person-centred and integrative approaches. Rather than following a fixed programme, the work responds to your experience, your needs and what feels helpful.

Counselling may be short-term and focused around a particular issue, or longer-term when you want more time to understand recurring experiences or patterns.
